The Missouri Office of Administration put out bids Tuesday for more motor vehicle and drivers license offices.

The requests for proposal are part of ongoing efforts to dismantle the state's controversial process for awarding contracts to run local motor vehicle and driver's license office, Gov. Jay Nixon's office said.
